Become a Professional Make-up Artist!
New techniques and skills are demonstrated through live interactive presentations and seminars. Every aspect of this course is delivered by a reputable tutor, all of whom are working make-up artists and experts within the field. Professional Make-up Artist Course
The Professional Course will be conducted on-site using state-of-the-art studio facilities. Students will participate on four photo shoots over the duration of the course working alongside a leading photographer. These final images will create an eight image portfolio, a key promotional tool for every make-up artist.
Preparing students for work after they graduate is of primary concern to the LA College of Creative Arts College. With this priority in mind every student on the professional make-up artist course will complete a one day business seminar focusing on book keeping, tax, VAT, industry networking, customer service, branding and marketing.
All students on The Professional Course are eligible to apply for the LA College of Creative Arts College Career Placement Programme. This provides an invaluable opportunity to apply newly acquired skills and techniques in a professional setting, working with some of the industry’s key personnel and brands. Former students of this course have enjoyed work placements on leading magazine titles such as Stellar Magazine, Confetti and Hotpress as well as top rating TV shows like TV3’s Xpose, Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model and Sky One’s Got To Dance.
